Well the small job of renovating the front garden of one of our clients is nearly completed. Although the garden design was fine, we had an issue with the drainage fall but managed to overcome it and still achieve the desired effect that our designer had wanted. The problem was that the adjacent drive was a good 8″ higher than the garden and so we Continue reading “Paving with indian sandstone”

One of the jobs is a large playground structure that is going to be a challenge Continue reading “Landscape design & build for school and garden centre”
Garden fencing in Sussex
With spring just around the corner it may be a good idea to take a walk around the boundaries of your garden to check that the fencing is OK. If there is anything that needs attention it is far better to get a contractor in now to do the works while the beds are empty than to have to replant after the work is done. Replacing lap panels or bays of close board is never easy, even in the best of locations Continue reading “Garden fencing in Sussex”
Landscaping in Sussex
The weather has been really awful recently for our profession. What with the snow at the start of the year and more recently another cold snap seemingly on its way our works diary is all over the place. We had some really goo luck with our school project though as the weather gave us a small respite so we could finish the fencing for the playground. The staff were all very accommodating and we really enjoyed the praise we received for our work. Continue reading “Landscaping in Sussex”
Snow, Snow, Snow, and not a landscaper on site!
Hi everyone
As you all may have guessed there in not much going on in our business with all the snow on the ground and temperatures still around the zero mark. We cannot find the floor, the concrete won’t set properly, and trying to clean up tree works just leaves clients’ gardens in a state for when the snow thaws. Muddy paths and missed twigs, sawdust and other debris are all common items left behind in the snow. Continue reading “Snow, Snow, Snow, and not a landscaper on site!”

Myburgh Designs
This year sees Myburgh Designs launching their new Lily swing which takes its inspiration from the stargazer lily’s gentle and graceful curves, the Lily swing has a truly feminine form.
They may not be able to bring to you the sweet scent of freshly mown grass, the trickle of babbling brooks or the creaking of their swings swaying off a great oak, but … you get the picture! These are just a few of the things that sum up the ambience their work can create. Admired from a distance or cherished from within, wander through their website and enjoy.
